The River and The Owl is part of our property and an extension of our home - but is a fully private apartment with its own entrance, private balcony to enjoy the views across the Barwon River to Geelong city, and everything you need for a short getaway.
Light and bright with large windows to let the sun stream in, the apartment has a large living area and kitchen, a bedroom that boasts a luxurious king size bed, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

The River and The Owl is in the perfect location to enjoy all Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer. With access to the Barwon River track just a stone’s throw away, you can stroll, run or cycle by the river without being bothered by the traffic.
Head to nearby Highton Village or go across the river to Pakington Street for boutique shopping or to enjoy a meal at one of the many amazing venues our region offers.
Hit some golf balls at one (or all) of the three golf courses closeby, or go further afield to any of the numerous courses in the Geelong region.
The River and The Owl is a short drive from Avalon Airport, the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal and Geelong train station, and public transport is easily accessible.
